Santa Rosa, Calif., November 2, 2001 – SpectraSwitch, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of optical switching and signal conditioning components, and Flextronics Photonics, a business unit of Flextronics, announced today that they have entered into a Technology Licensing and Manufacturing Services Agreement. 

Under the terms of this strategic partnering, SpectraSwitch will license certain technology to Flextronics to help meet the market demand for quality optical subcomponents.  Flextronics will also provide contract-manufacturing support for SpectraSwitch’s WaveWalker^TM line of optical components.
